Is it necessary to schedule a Free Wellness Roadmap Call before my Initial Consultation?
Having a call with us before booking your initial consultation is not mandatory. If you’re satisfied with the information provided and prefer not to have further discussions before your in-person visit, you’re welcome to proceed and book your Initial Consultation directly. Rest assured, any information discussed during our call will be reiterated during your initial consultation, should you choose not to have a call with us beforehand.
Why is there a limited availability?
Jack’s pursuit of advanced knowledge in healthcare, particularly through chiropractic studies, has naturally limited the amount of time he can allocate to his clients. While his genuine desire is to assist everyone, there are built in constraints.

This approach ensures that every individual benefits from undivided attention and Jack’s unwavering dedication to providing the best possible service, giving you the assurance that your health and well-being remain at the forefront of our focus.
Can I choose what treatment techniques I receive?
We will provide recommendations for treatments such as Remedial Massage, Cupping, and Dry Needling. You are welcome to express your preferences and let us know what you’d like or what you’d prefer to avoid. We are flexible and can customize our treatment approach to best suit your needs. Our goal is to achieve the desired results, and we have a variety of techniques at our disposal to accomplish that.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To respect our therapists time and accommodate other clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be discussed and confirmed when you make the booking. This fee covers the therapist’s time and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full session fee.
We also understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
