Your Follow Up Consultation is designed to continue building on the progress made during your Initial Consultation while adapting treatment based on how your body is responding over time.
As we continue working together, the goal is not only to help reduce pain and tension, but to support better movement, recovery, and long term function.
What To Expect
Check In & Progress Review
At the beginning of your session, we will discuss:
· how you have been feeling since your last visit
· any changes in symptoms or movement
· how your body responded to treatment
· any new concerns or goals
This helps us continue tailoring treatment specifically to your current situation and progress.
Movement & Musculoskeletal Assessment
We may perform brief reassessments to evaluate movement, mobility, posture, tension, and other factors related to your progress.
These assessments help us track changes over time and better understand how your body is responding to care.
Hands On Treatment
Your treatment will be personalised based on your current needs and may include a combination of:
· Remedial Massage
· Dry Needling
· Cupping Therapy
· Trigger Point Therapy
· Joint Mobilisation
· Myofascial Release
· Muscle Energy Techniques
All treatments are adjusted to suit your comfort levels, preferences, and goals.
Treatment Plan & Recommendations
At the end of your session, we will discuss:
· your progress
· what we found during treatment
· practical recommendations moving forward
· any updates to your self care plan or exercises
Our goal is to help you better understand your body while continuing to support long term improvement and recovery.
Ongoing Support
As your body changes and adapts, your treatment and recommendations may also evolve over time.
If needed, updated self care recommendations and exercises can be provided to help support your progress outside the clinic.
