Rest assured, any information discussed during our call will be reiterated during your initial consultation, should you choose not to have a call with us beforehand.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To respect our therapists time and accommodate other clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be discussed and confirmed when you make the booking. This fee covers the therapist’s time and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full session fee.
