Welcome to our Strength and Stretch Yoga! This guide contains everything you need to know about our initial and follow-up sessions.

Initial Session

What is Included?

60-minute face-to-face session

Our initial session includes introductions and any clarifications you might need before we start.

Assessments

We will run through some mobility and strength assessments. These results will help us track your progress in future sessions.

Stretch and Strength Sessions

After discussing your goals, we’ll decide if you want to focus on stretching, strengthening, or a mix of both. The sessions will be tailored accordingly.

Stretch Session

This session focuses on increasing flexibility and improving mobility. It includes:

  • Upper Body Stretch
  • Lower Body Stretch

Strength Session

This session is designed to build overall body strength. It includes:

  • Upper Body and Core Strength
  • Lower Body and Balance Strength

Benefits

There are many benefits to yoga. Our sessions help prevent injuries, enhance performance, and improve overall health. We can discuss the best frequency for your sessions and whether to focus on Stretch or Strength based on your goals.

Optional Group Sessions

You can also join small group sessions with friends or teammates and share the cost. These classes are limited to four participants to ensure personalised attention from our instructor. Working out with a friend keeps you accountable and motivated, leading to better results.

Follow-Up Sessions

What is Included?

60-minute face-to-face session

After the initial session, follow-up sessions will help you continue working towards your goals. These sessions are shorter and focus mainly on postures. We can decide on a pattern and frequency for Stretch and Strength sessions.

You can also organise follow-ups as small group sessions with your teammates.
