Ramp Up Physiotherapy have recently opened up shop inside the Hilltop Shopping Complex at 93 Main South Road, O’Halloran Hill.
The new clinic boasts a large studio space, comfy reception area and a funky fresh vibe to keep motivation levels high! Being inside a shopping complex, there are plenty of options for a post-physio coffee or browse, as well as ample parking and accessible bathrooms onsite.

About Jess & the beginnings of Ramp Up:
I’m Jess, the Physiotherapist behind Ramp Up. Since graduating from the University of South Australia, I have worked predominantly with those affected by neurological conditions, dizziness, headaches, and balance difficulties.
The idea of starting my own service has been brewing since the early days. My partner has been on many a road trip with me where I’ve chewed his ear off about my ideas and grand plans (sorry Jarryd).
In recent years I’ve worked as a case manager for people seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents, such as those with: brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputations.
This combined clinical and case management experience really highlighted the need for goal focussed services that support people in getting back to what is important to them, not just attending same therapy appointments week after week with no plan in sight.
So that’s when I got serious about Ramp Up.
As for the name, well that was created over a glass of red with my physio housemate at the time.. It aligned perfectly with what I wanted to achieve and that’s where the notion ‘ramp up your life’ began!
Outside the clinic you’ll probably find me trying to wear out my two dogs (Archie & Audrey), triathlon training, or on a beach walk with friends.
What does Ramp Up offer?
I didn’t want Ramp Up to be just another physio clinic (because let’s be honest, there’s a LOT of them). The goal for Ramp Up has always been to provide high-quality, accessible and enjoyable services, and the new large, funky space reflects that.
Currently Ramp Up offers individual sessions in-clinic and the waitlist for our small-group classes is building. I service a mix of private and self-funded clients, as well as those on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Return to Work SA (RTWSA) scheme.
If you’d like to learn more about Ramp Up or get in touch, head on over to the website: www.rampupphysio.com.au I’m always happy to chat and work out whether Ramp Up is the right fit for you.
Have a fabulous day!
