Stretch and Strength Yoga Sessions
Our ServicesStretch and Strength Yoga

Welcome to our Stretch and Strength Yoga! This is your guide that contains everything you need to know about the sessions.

What is Included?

Our Stretch and Strength Sessions can be divided into two parts; Stretch and Strength. After discussing your goals, we can determine if you would like to practice one or the other, or a mixture of both. The sessions will vary in nature accordingly.

Stretch Session

As mentioned in the name, this session is dedicated to increasing flexibility and improving mobility. We can divide this further into two sections:

  • Upper Body Stretch
  • Lower Body Stretch

Strength Session

This session is designed to build strength throughout the whole body. Whilst there is a huge flexibility component to yoga, the practice challenges not only the muscles, but the supportive and connecting tissue. Athlete Strength can be divided into two separate focuses:

  • Upper Body and Core Strength
  • Lower Body and Balance Strength

The Stretch and Strength Sessions are designed in a way to assist with injury prevention, performance enhancement, and overall health. During The Free Personalised Yoga Insight Call, we can discuss the optimal frequency of the sessions, also determining the main focus, whether that be Stretch or Strength, depending on your goals.

Optional Group Sessions

That is right, the amazing thing about Stretch and Strength is that you have the option to practice in a small group of people. Whether that be some friends or teammates, you can register together and split the overall price.

To ensure that you still get the same personalised attention, the small group classes are limited to a maximum of four participants. This way, our yoga instructor can ensure you are getting customised feedback, working towards your goals.

The Benefits

There are many benefits to practicing yoga. Some of these include decreasing stress levels through breathing, increasing flexibility and improving muscular endurance through the physical postures. Not only will you feel amazing, but you will also work towards decreasing the chance of injury.
